Scott Karli
Managing Partner
Scott Karli is a managing partner of Kaizen Capital Solutions and oversees business relations and managing operations. Originally from Sandpoint Idaho he moved to Maui in 1999. There he has been the owner and operator of a successful stone and tile contracting business for over 20 years and has been deeply involved in managing various trades in renovation and new construction projects. With keen attention to detail he is highly experienced at developing and managing teams, nurturing relationships with clients, and streamlining systems and processes. He is passionate about daily improvement in himself, his team and his business.
Stacy Kunkel
Acquisitions & Investor Relations
Stacy Kunkel is head of acquisitions and investor relations at Kaizen Capital Solutions where she focuses on financial analysis and rigorous due diligence. She started investing in real estate 15 years ago and gradually transitioned from her role as an emergency room nurse to a full-time real estate investor in the single family and small multifamily space, owning, renovating, and managing both long term and vacation rentals. With a passion for helping others and a passion for real estate, she pivoted to the multifamily space realizing the power and scalability of this asset class. Her background in emergency room nursing and property management has given her attention to detail, calm demeanor in stressful situations, and a solution oriented mindset. She is passionate about continuous growth and lifting up those around her.
